New newspaper heading
From the Concrete Herald, Vol. XXXV, issue No. 1 (November 21, 1935), editor Charles M. Dwelley's comments: "It is an entirely made at home paper even to the heading which was drawn by our local artist, Geo. Elmgren."

We thank Puget Sound Energy (PSE) for donating their labor and expense in scanning thousands of pages to create this valuable record of our local paper. The issues were obtained from different sources and some are missing or incomplete. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you will find the issues that are posted here to be useful (See below for a list of missing issues).

Please select an archive year in the submenus under Concrete Herald Archives to go to the issue or issues that you want to download. The issue file name indicates the date on which the paper was published: xxxx-year, xx-month, xx-day. 19660525.pdf = May 25, 1966 issue. Note that the newest issues (2009 and later) do not have day dates, only the year and month of issue.

Note that all issues are in PDF format and require a PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader, to view. A free copy of Adobe Reader may be downloaded from http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

If you have copies of any of these missing issues, the Museum would appreciate being able to borrow them for a short period so that they may be scanned and added to these archives (the originals will not be harmed). Please contact the museum via the Contact Us page with pertinent details, so that arrangements for scanning can be made. Thank you!
